First and foremost, while each skincare set is carefully formulated to last for three months, we understand that everyone uses products at a slightly different pace. If you run out of any items earlier than expected, renewing subscribers are eligible to receive free refills to ensure you're never left without your essentials.

What’s Included in the Free Refill?

Each Y’OURSKIN shipment includes:

• 1 Cleanser

• 1 Day Cream

• 1 Serum

• 1 Night Cream

If you run out of any of these products during your current cycle, you can request one additional item per product type(maximum 4 items) for free—as long as you're an active subscriber.

This benefit is available in the second month of your 3-month subscription interval. That means for every subscription cycle, you can request up to one full refill set during month 2.

Important Note on Product Usage

Our products contain high concentrations of active ingredients, unlike drugstore alternatives. That’s why it’s essential to use the recommended portions outlined in your instruction card. Using too little can reduce effectiveness, while using too much may lead to irritation, especially with active formulas like anti-acne serums.

How to Request Your Free Refill

Use the email you registered with to log in.

2. Go to “My Subscription” section
Locate the “Request Refill” button.

3. Confirm your request
A pop-up window will appear with details. Read carefully before proceeding. By confirming your refill, you are agreeing to renew your subscription for the next quarter. If you later decide not to renew, the refill will be charged as a standard product purchase.

2. Select your refill items

Choose the refills you need and click "Place Refill Order" to confirm. As a reminder, a small processing fee will be applied to maintain the quality of our refill program. This helps us continue offering this service without compromising the product quality or experience:

• $7.99 for 3–4 items
